cousinage: (i know a bit about this as i had just recently attempted to figure it all out, and actually did!)
Your first cousins are your aunts and uncles kids.
Your parents cousins are your second cousins.
And if i'm not mistaken their cousins are your third cousins.
that goes on and on.
When your cousins have kids, the kids will be your cousin once removed. Their kids will be twice removed and so on.
Very confusing at first, but after some thought, it all makes sense. :)
